Here our Check-In Procedure:
The room you have booked is located inside a private residential building
One of our agents will meet you on the street, therefore we need to know exactly the following details:
Arrival time of flight/train
Valid phone number (including Country code)
Number of guests
How you will travel to the apartment (taxi, bus, train, private transfer).
Please be aware that without the above information you might have to wait at the front door until an agent is available for you.

NEED TO LAUGH?
If you wish to book a transfer through our partner, we can book it for you at a very competitive rate:
€50 for a car (maximum 4 adults with 1 medium + hand luggage)
€70 for a minivan (up to 6 guests)
To book the above transfer we need to have your complete flight number, landing time and nr. Of guests.

LATE CHECKIN
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CHECKIN TIME IS FROM 2PM TO 8PM.
AFTER 8PM THERE IS A LATE CHECKIN
FEE OF €25 UNTIL MIDNIGHT OR €30 AFTERWARDS

EARLY CHECKIN
If you arrive before 2pm (our standard check-in time) we can extraordinarily check you in the apartment, but after being checked in, you should leave the flat to allow the cleaning. You can of course leave your suitcases, take the keys and come back as soon as the cleaning is over.

LATE CHECKOUT
It is not possible to do a late check out, but don't worry! The agent will show you where to store your
luggage until your departure.
If you decide to reach the apartment on your own, please be aware that public transport might take up to 2hours, and might not be the most convenient option.
In this case please contact us 45 minutes before, so the checkin agent can reach the apartment on time and we can explain to you how to reach the apartment.
